YouTuber Jack Doherty arrested for alleged domestic battery in Florida

‎Popular YouTuber and streamer Jack Doherty has been arrested following an alleged domestic dispute in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

‎The 22-year-old influencer was booked at the Broward County Main Jail on Friday, September 4, on a misdemeanor domestic battery charge.

‎According to reports, police responded to a residence in the Riverside Park neighbourhood shortly before noon after Doherty and a woman were allegedly involved in a physical dispute inside the home.

‎Police reportedly found the woman uninjured, while Doherty was taken into custody. His mugshot showed what appeared to be a cut on his cheek.

‎Doherty was being held without a listed bond as of Friday evening, with no court date yet set.

‎The latest arrest comes less than a year after he was arrested in Miami in November 2025 for alleged drug possession and resisting arrest after reportedly disrupting traffic while filming content.

‎He was accused of possessing amphetamine and marijuana. The cannabis charge was later dropped, while he entered a pre-trial diversion programme and completed its requirements in May 2026, avoiding a conviction.

‎Doherty has more than 15 million YouTube subscribers and nearly 11 million TikTok followers
