“They told me to go home” — Nigerian lady in UK says she was fired after making video about colleague being laid off

‎A Nigerian lady based in the UK has shared an emotional video claiming she was fired from her job after creating content about a colleague who had been laid off.
‎

‎In the video, the woman was seen crying as she explained that she was told to go home after arriving at work.
‎
‎According to her, her manager told her that the video she made about her colleague losing his job had been sent to the company by the colleague.
‎
‎
‎
‎She claimed the colleague said the video caused him mental distress, prompting the company to terminate her employment.
‎
‎
‎
‎The woman said she only made the video to create awareness about what had happened and claimed she had received permission from her workplace before sharing it.
‎
‎
‎
‎She also denied suggestions that she made the video for financial gain on social media, saying she had never earned money from her social media content.
