‎Kess said the competition does not end when housemates leave the BBNaija house.

‎“Big Brother makes your life harder,” he wrote.

‎“Winner or not, the moment you leave that house, you're dealing with a version of life that is far more complicated than the one you left behind.”

‎In another post, Kess noted that BBNaija has produced hundreds of housemates over the years, creating competition not just inside the house but also outside it.

‎“Big Brother Naija has dished out 249 housemates in 11 seasons. Competition inside and outside the show,” he wrote.

‎He added that while former housemates often receive words of encouragement, they also face the pressure of figuring out how to make money and sustain themselves after the show.
