‎The Super Falcons of Nigeria have returned home to a hero’s welcome in Abuja, following their dramatic 3‑2 victory over Morocco in the Women’s Africa Cup of Nations final.

‎The Falcons landed at Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport around midday on Monday, July 28, met by jubilant government officials and excited fans.

The squad will embark on a celebratory trophy parade in an open-roof bus through Airport Road, Berger Junction, Maitama, and Wuse Market, giving thousands the rare chance to view the WAFCON trophy up close.
