Virgin Atlantic rolls out Independence Day giveaway with preloaded oyster travel card for customers

Still in the spirit of celebrating Nigeria’s 55th Independence anniversary, Virgin Atlantic is offering all passengers departing for London on VS652 on the 1 October a 10£ preloaded Oyster travel card. Passengers travelling on the 1 October irrespective of the cabin will receive the travel card at the boarding gate. This travel card takes away the ground transport challenge passengers would ordinarily go through in Heathrow. 
 

Passengers that arrived Lagos from Heathrow on 1 October were not left out. They were treated to free trolley services at the International Airport on arrival.

Oyster is a smartcard which can hold pay as you go credit, Travel card and Bus & Tram Pass season tickets. Holders of this card can use it to travel on bus, Tube, tram, DLR, London Over ground, TfL Rail and most National Rail services in London.
