Separate appeals seeking an order to compel the Code of Conduct Bureau to release the asset declaration forms of former presidents, their vice and National Assembly principal officers, have been struck out by the Court of Appeal. Former US Vice President, Mike Pence on Friday March 15, said he “cannot in good conscience” endorse presumptive Republican party nominee, Donald Trump, a stunning rebuke of his former running mate and the president he served with. “Donald Trump is pursuing and articulating an agenda that is at odds with the conservative agenda that we governed on during our four years.
